Dear Members/Distributors,
We would like to send you a kind reminder about
DXN
USA's DISTRIBUTOR WEBSITE REGULATION.
Any website that would like to link to www.dxnusa.com or its corporate
site must submit application and be approved by Daxen, Inc. prior to
posting the link.
We have discovered several distributor websites in violation of DXN
Distributor Website Regulation, including making unsubstantiated
product and treatment claims, misrepresenting DXN or Daxen, Inc.
and unlawfully displaying the logo, trademark of Daxen, Inc. or DXN
and products. These misrepresentations and unlawful actions infringe
upon the legal rights and violate the reputation of DXN and its members.
Daxen reserves the right to terminate any distributorship if these
actions do not discontinue. We are currently in the process of seeking
legal counsel to terminate these websites in order to discontinue such
violations and to protect the benefits and rights of all DXN distributors.
Again, we would like to remind our members to review
