As a company known for its quality, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Daxen, Inc (dxnusa) will accept returns with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. The value of any returns will be credited via the same means used for the purchase, namely, the value will be posted to the credit card used for the purchase. Final Sale product cannot be returned or exchanged. Daxen, Inc (dxnusa) Online retail site can only accept returns for products purchased from Daxen, Inc (dxnusa) Online retail site.


Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines of our return policy:

If you desire to return any product, you may do so with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Before returning any product, please call the Office to obtain a Return Product Authorization Number (an RMA number). No return will be accepted without an RMA number.

DAXEN INC. cannot accept return of opened products or product damaged due to shipping, abuse, or neglect. You will be responsible for shipping and insurance of the returned products. You may label the package yourself and ship it, pre-paid and insured, using the shipping provider of your choice. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip and send to:

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of product.
